Churches

• 50 members and below $25.00 monthly or $300.00 annually

• 51-299 members $50.00 monthly or $600.00 annually

• 300 members and above $100.00 monthly or $1,200.00 annually

 

Associations

• $75.00 quarterly or $300.00 annually

 

Personal

• $10.00 Individual (adult only)

• $20.00 Pastors and Ministers

• $15.00 Officers, Church Presidents, Leaders

• No charge for Youth (18-and-under)
